Katerina Gerdeman
Katerina is the Founder of Face Value, LLC, an HR consulting with services including HR gap assessment and support, HR best practices, organizational talent strategy, and executive, professional and transitions dynamics coaching.
Katerina led the Global Talent function at Regal Rexnord Corporation, with responsibilities for organizational development, talent management strategy and executive coaching.
Regal promoted Katerina to be the Regional HR Leader responsible for 11 countries in Europe. Immersed in cultural diversity and having relocated her family to Milan, Italy, Katerina expanded her abilities to connect with and understand people from various cultural backgrounds.

Previously, while working with the Kerry Group, Katerina partnered with business executives as an HR Leader and was responsible for Global Business in the U.S., Ireland, the Netherlands, India, and China. Aside from her many other successful HR roles in the US, Katerina has supported American Aluminum Extrusion, LLC and Electroform Company, Inc. as an HR Consultant.

Currently, Katerina is working as a VP of HR for CSC Generations a fascinating international retail start-up with a digital-first approach.

Katerina is GPHR and PHR certified and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rockford University as well as a Masters in the Methodology of Teaching degree. Katerina graduated from an iPEC Coaching program with an additional diploma in Transitions Dynamics. She is also a certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.


With over 2 decades' worth of experience as an HR Executive, Katerina has coached and supported personal and organizational development in multi-billion dollar corporations in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Katerina has helped numerous executives across the globe to achieve career success. She knows how to facilitate smooth transitions and guide organizations through the dramatic changes in our business environment.
